The Slaughter-houses, Cowsheds, Dairies, Milkshops
and Lodging houses have been visited at various times and
found in a satisfactory condition.
Markets.
All the stalls have been kept under close observation,
and there has been no cause for complaint.
During the year the following articles outside the precincts
of the Market have been condemned:—
4 Salmon.
7 trunks of Haddock
3 boxes of Soles.
2 boxes of Skate.
4 boxes of Bloaters.
