The following articles of food were seized and condemned : -
(a) 12 chick fins.
(b) 19 geese amd 40 chickens.
(c) 1 lb. 10 ozs. bacon.
On legal proceedings being instituted, the following w ere the
results of the prosecutions:—
(а) The defendant was convicted and fined £5.
(б) The defendant was convicted and fined £20 and £3 3s. costs,
(c) The defendants were convicted and fined £5 and 40s.
costs respectively.
