tricts as below, it will be seen how indebted the Council is to
her energy, tact and ability for such a satisfactory result in
spite of the most adverse conditions. Personally, I should
like to here express my indebtedness to her loyal co.operation,
and I have always found no demand on her time or
strength was too much for me to ask, or for her to meet.
