of the Ilford Urban District Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit to you a report upon the
work carried out by the Sanitary Inspectors for the year
ended the 31st December, 1909, it being my Seventeenth
Annual Report on this matter. In doing so, I desire to
express my appreciation of the kindness and support I have
received from you, and particularly from the members of
the Public Health Committee, whose confidence it has
always been my endeavour to obtain.
I also wish to record my appreciation of the work done
by the Assistant Sanitary Inspectors. They have done good
work, and, I believe, have conscientiously endeavoured to
