I wish once more to place on record my indebtedness to Mr.
Charles for his zealous and able help. A large amount of additional
work has devolved upon him owing to the preparations
being made for bringing up the Dairy Farms to the standard of
modern sanitation. The rapid manner in which he has removed
infectious cases to the Isolation Hospital and carried out the process
of disinfection of the patients' houses afterwards is worthy of
the highest commendation.
I remain, Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
JOHN FLETCHER LITTLE, M.B. Cantab., M.R.C.P. Lond.,
Medical Officer of Health for Harrow.
