ZYMOTIC MORTALITY.
132 deaths were attributed to the principal Zymotic diseases,
as against 110 in 1913. This equals a mortality rate of 0'90 per
1,000 of population. It should be noted that this figure includes
59 deaths from" Diarrhœal Diseases," such as Infective
Enteritis, Diarrhoea not infective, Enteritis, Gastro-Enteritis,
Dyspepsia in children under two years of age, Colic, Ulceration
of intestines, and Duodenal Ulcer.
