To the Parents and Guardians of
The Teeth of the above-named child have been reported by the
School Dentist to be in need of attention.
It is strongly urged that your child should have the necessary
treatment.
This can be obtained by taking your child to your own Dentist,
or by filling* in the attached form, and returning it to me, you cvin have
treatment tor your child done by the School Dentist at the Town Hall.
Parents will be notified of the hours children are required to attend
the Dental Clinic.
