ZYMOTIC MORTALITY.
The seven chief Epidemic diseases caused 187 deaths,
giving a Zymotic death-rate of 1.25 per 1,000 of population.
The corresponding rate for England and Wales was 1.12, and
for the 76 Great Towns it was 1.42.

death-rate per 1,000 of population from each of the seven
