To the Chairman and Members of the East Ham Urban
District Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Tenth Annual Report upon
the health of the District of East Ham, and in doing so, to congratulate
the District Council upon the fact, that in spite of
increasing population with its attendant risks, the District still
continues to occupy a prominent place amongst the healthier
London suburbs.
