CONCLUSION.
In conclusion my thanks are due for the very useful assistance
I am the grateful recipient of from all the members of the Council,
to the Medical Officer of Health for his guidance and valuable advice,
and to the other officers of the Council for their great courtesy and
consideration. Under conditions such as these work in the district
becomes a pleasure.
The sanitary condition of this town is continually improving and
to make this fact obvious to the most casual observer is still the
endeavour of
Your obedient Servant,
H. COLEMAN.
Inspector 11f Nuisances and
Housing Inspector.
