11th July	Failing to remove an accumulation of refuse at 105, Burdett Road.	The nuisance was abated before the hearing of the case, but as the nuisance was liable to recur the Magistrate made a Prohibition Order. Ordered to pay 10s. 6d. costs.
11th July	Failing to abate a nuisance arising from dirty and dilapidated condition of premises at 4, Heneage Street.	Defendant ordered to do the work within seven days and pay 10s. 6d. costs.
10th August	Failing to remedy the defective fire-stove of the ground floor back room, damp walls of the ground floor front room, defective lock to street door and defective water closet flushing apparatus at 100, Buxton Street.	Defendant ordered to do the work within fourteen days and pay £2 8s. Od. costs.
10th August	Failing to abate a nuisance arising from defective sink and sink-waste pipe at 21, Buckle Street.	The work having been completed before the hearing, defendant ordered to pay £2 5s. Od. costs.

4th September	Having deposited for purpose of sale raisins which were unwholesome and unfit for food at 212, Jubilee Street.	Defendant pleaded guilty and the case was dismissed under the Probation of Offenders Act. Ordered to pay £2 2s. Od. costs.
9th September	Allowing drains to be stopped at 237, Commercial Road.	A Prohibition Order was granted and defendant was ordered to pay £1 Is. Od. costs.
14th September	Failing to abate a nuisance arising from defective yard paving and sink waste pipe at 57, Lambeth Street.	The case was not dealt with at the Magistrate's suggestion as the work was completed before the hearing.
14th September	Failing to abate a nuisance arising from defective drain at 74, Cornwall Street.	Defendant was ordered to do the work within fourteen days and pay £2 8s. Od. costs.
6th October	Failing to remedy damp walls, etc., at 41, Paragon Mansions.	Ordered to do the work within 7 days and pay £1 Is. Od. costs.

6th October	Failing to remedy the dirty walls of ground floor back room, damp walls and dirty ceiling of ground floor back bedroom and the damp walls of ground floor front bedroom at 68, Pelham Street.	Ordered to do the work within 14 days and pay £1 l1s. 6d. costs.
