In addition to the above, the vendors of two bacteriological milk samples
(J 51, genuine but unsatisfactory and S48 adulterated and unsatisfactory) were
cautioned while in the case of one bacteriological milk sample (G 92, satisfactory
but adulterated) no action was taken, a further sample being taken
formally (See adulterated milk sample, G 86, Table D).
Milk 974 samples of milk were analysed. Of these 25 or 2.6 per cent.were
adulterated.
