Arrangements were continued during the year for the medical records at the
Infant Welfare Centres to be forwarded to the Head Teachers of Schools in the
Borough. Cards are received from the Education Department of the London
County Council of children under 5 years of age entered on the rolls of the
infants departments. The medical records are filled in on these cards by the
Health Visitors and forwarded to the schools concerned. If no record is
available at the centre the particulars are obtained at the homes.
