9th January	Failing to abate nuisanccs arising from defective roof and dirty and defective walls and ceilings at 11, Mayfields Buildings.	The work having been done at the time of hearing, the defendant was ordered to pay £2 8s costs.
15th January	Failing to abate nuisances arising from defective rear rainwater pipe, defective copper flue and firebox, defective wall plaster of passage and dirty walls and ceilings of passage and staircases at 81, Turners Road.
