III.— LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL POWERS)
ACT, 1902.
On 30th June, William Dungay, 31, Katherine Buildings, E. l, was
summoned for doing such act or thing likely to expose ice-cream to contamination,
i.e., allowed his container to be foul and rusty.
He was fined £1, or 14 days imprisonment in default.
IV.— LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL POWERS)
ACT, 1908.
On 7th November, Yetta Levene, 38, Hessel Street, E.l, was summoned
for failing to observe due cleanliness in food premises at 38, Hessel Street, E.l.
(Wet fish and bread sold in close proximity to each other).
She was fined £1, with £2 2s. costs.
V.— LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL POWERS) ACT, 1928.
On 30th June, William Dungay, 31, Katherine Buildings, E.l, was
summoned for failing to register his premises, which were used for the sale of
ice-cream, with the Sanitary Authority.
He was fined £1, or 14 days imprisonment in default.
VI.— LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL DRAINAGE BYE-LAWS.
(Metropolis Management Act).
On 7th November, Michael Sterne, 3, Murdoch Cottages, E.3, was
summoned for failing to deposit plans and to give notice to Local Sanitary
Authority of intention of executing drainage work at 424, Mile End Road, E.3.
He was fined £2, with £2 2s. costs.
On 13th November, Israel Zigelman, 28, Hogarth Houses, E.l, was summoned
for constructing a sink waste pipe contrary to Bye-Law 10, at 39,
Plumbers Row, E.l.
He was fined £1, with £2 2s. costs.
On 13th November, Israel Zigelman, 28, Hogarth Houses, E.l, was
summoned for failing to cause a sink waste pipe constructed by him to discharge
into a properly trapped gully at 39, Plumbers Row, E.l.
He was fined £1, with £2 2s. costs.
