The Stepney Borough Council (Superannuation) Acts 1905-1930.
Bye-laws with respect to:—
(a) Street Noises, (made 28th September 1904).
(b) Tents, Vans, Sheds and similar structures used for human
habitation. (Made 17th January, 1906}
(c) Management of the Mortuary. (Made 13th March, 1907).
(d) Prevention of Nuisances, (Made 8th April, 1908).
(e) Keeping of Water Closets supplied with sufficient water for
their effective action. (Made 8th April, 1908).
(f) Securing the cleanliness and freedom from pollution of tanks,
cisterns and other receptacles used for storing of water,
used or likely to be used by man for drinking or domestic
purposes or for manufacturing drink for the use of man.

POLICE COURT PROCEEDINGS.
I.—UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH (LONDON) ACT, 1891.
On 17th January, Franks & Simons, 340, Mile End Road, E.l, were
summoned tor failing to remedy defective roofs and gutters at 38, Bower
Street, E.l.
They were ordered to do the work in 7 days, and to pay £2 8s. costs.
