Vaccination.
On the 1st April, the administration of the Vaccination Acts was transferred
to the Council and the two vaccination officers came under the Public
Health Department. When the Council took them over Small Pox was
prevalent and each had a temporary assistant to cope with the arrangements
for vaccination of Small Pox contacts. It has been found necessary to
continue their services.
