Pursuant to Resolution or Standing Order dated 11th July, 1894, the
Chairman of the Board is, ex-officio, a Member of all the Standing
Committees. The Bye-laws provide also that the Chairmen of the other
Standing Committees shall be ex-officio members of the Finance Committee.
