    The following is a statement of the expenditure in Scavenging, Watering and Collection of Dust in the District during the past year. I am pleased to be able to shew that although we have carried out the Watering of the District, which has hitherto been done by Contract for £675 per season, including £200 for water, we have effected a considerable saving, as the following figures will demonstrate.
