At the last meeting of the Board prior to the recess Mr.

the district had sustained by the death, which occurred on the

years had been a very zealous and active Member of the Board,
and moved:—
"That this Board express its deep and sincere regret, and its condolence
with the surviving members of the family of the deceased."
The motion was seconded by Mr. Fry and carried
unanimously.
