named Butler, who was fined 40s. and costs, and cautioned
by the Magistrate as to a repetition of the offence.
I have obtained and submitted to the Analyst the requisite
articles for analysis under the "Sale of Food and Drugs Act,
1875," which will be found in his report.
A number of minor matters have been dealt with during the
year, which it is impossible to enumerate, but all of which
I believe will have a beneficial effect upon the health of the
neighbourhood.
