Measles was again severely epidemic; 35 deaths were registered
from this disease, as against 24 in the previous year.
Scarlet Fever caused four deaths, as against two in the previous
year. Three cases were removed to the Fever Hospitals.
Whooping Cough caused 11 deaths, and Diarrhoea 15, as against
35 and 33 in the previous year.
The following is a statement of all the Deaths which occurred
in the District from various causes during the year:—
