The Sewers in Craven Street, Long Acre, and The Strand, have
been cleansed and any silt removed, the pipe sewers have been
frequently flushed with water through an open hose, at a total cost
of £179 12s. 8d., being-

HOUSE DRAINAGE.
New connections of house drains to the Sewers and fourteen
examinations of the sewers have been made by the Vestry at the
owners' cost.
Plans for the drainage of the following new properties have been
submitted and approved, viz.:—
97 and 98, St. Martin's Lane.
36, St. Martin's Lane.
The Trafalgar Theatre, St. Martin's Lane.
Messrs. Fisher's Premises, Broker's Alley.
2 and 3, Bedford Street.
46, Chandos Street.
15, James Street, Haymarket.
13, Green Street.
24. and 26, Whitcomb Street.
Also plans for the re-construction of the drainage of the
following premises:—
1, Carlton House Terrace.
85, Long Acre.
19, James Street, Long Acre.
57, St. Martin's Lane.
Charing Cross, Hotel, annexes.
1 and 3, Suffolk Place.
65, Long Acre.
