London School Board Elections.—This is a similar Bill to
that of last Session, and on the 26th February, 1891, it was resolved
to inform the Board that the Vestry approve of the proposed

London Streets (Strand Improvement).—This Bill, the provisions

of 51 members, viz., the Lord Mayor, the Chairman of the London
County Council, 1 member each to be nominated by the Local
