shall be made to apply, and upon the registration
of any lodging-house a ticket, together with a
copy of the preceding Regulations, shall be issued
to the landlord, stating the number which each
room is registered to accommodate, which ticket
the landlord shall cause to be exhibited in some
conspicuous part of the premises.
