The Vestry usually meet on alternate Thursday mornings
but a special meeting may be convened at any time upon
the requisition of five members, and some of the ordinary
meetings are suspended at vacation times. Five Standing
Committees are appointed annually, in accordance with the
bye-laws of the Vestry, and meet as frequently as occasion
may require. Special Committees are appointed from time
to time to consider subjects not coming within the ordinary
duties of either of the Standing Committees.
OFFICERS OF THE VESTRY.
Vestry Clerk's Department.—With the exception of
an increase in the salaries of the assistants in January, no
alteration has taken place in this department during the
year.
