APPOINTMENT OF MEDICAL OFFICER OF
HEALTH UNDER THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT ACT.
Under the provisions of the Local Government Act, the
appointment of Medical Officers of Health, after the passing

The Vestry, in common with many other local Authorities,
considered the desirability of asking their Medical Officer to
resign, with a view to his being re-appointed subject to the

having regard to all the circumstances of the case, they
decided to take no action in the matter.

and sanitary condition of retail bakehouses is given
for the information of parishioners:—
