During the 25 years, 1863—1887 inclusive, the deaths from Zymotics were 1,820, being an average yearly mortality of 72-80. The Zymotic
deaths registered in the Parish during the year 1888 were 26.
The Table on page 168 shows the Zymotic and some other deaths in each quarter of the year 1888.
