missioners have ample power to apply apprenticeship funds
to educational purposes, and are yearly paying more attention
to education of a technical character.
The subject again came before the Vestry early in 1888, upon
a communication from the Chelsea Vestry, suggesting that
the funds available under the City Parochial Charities Act,.
