A Statement of Debts and Liabilities owing by the Vestry on the25th day of March,1886.

Amount borrowed of the Trustees of the London Life Association, on the Mortgage of the Sewers, Metropolitan Consolidated, and General Rates, at 5 percent. per annum, with a proviso that if the Interest, payable on the Principal, be paid half-yearly, as expressed by deed,—That is to say, on the 7th day of April and the 7th day of October, or within thirty days thereafter, then the said Interest to be charged at and after the rate of 4¼ percent. per annum, and the said Principal to be repaid by seven equal Annual Instalments of £1,142 17s. 2d., the first Instalment becoming payable on the 7th day of October, 18S1, and the like sum to be paid in each successive year, until the entire principal shall have been discharged8,000. 0• 0
