St. James, Westminster.
We, the undersigned, being the Auditors appointed by the
authority of the Metropolis Local Management Act to Audit the
Accounts of the Vestry of the said Parish, having carefully
examined the said Accounts, from the 25th day of March, 1883, to
the 25th day of March, 1884, and the Vouchers in support of the
same, and the Books, Papers, and Writings, in the custody or
control of the said Vestry, relating thereto, do hereby certify that
the said Accounts are, to the best of our belief, true and correct, in
token of which our examination we have signed the said Accounts,
whereof an Abstract, prepared and signed by us, is annexed hereto,
and we make this our allowance of the said Accounts in conformity
with the provisions of the said Act.
As witness our hands, this Eighth day of May, One
thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.

Excepting the item, March 21, 1884, "Subscribed by the Vestry of St. JamesWestminster,
