(measuring on the line of wall), the line from thence runs in a
South-west direction down Catherine Wheel Yard for the length of
113 ft. 6 in., at which length it is distant Eastward from the
Western garden wall 4 ft. 10 in., and then in a South-west by
South direction down the said yard for the length of 41 ft., at
which length it is distant Eastward of the said wall 7 ft., and from
thence continuing in a straight line till it meets the North front of
the late Lord Durham's house (No. 13, Cleveland Row) at a point
1 ft. G in. Westward of a break in the said North front, and continuing
from the said point in a straight line Southward into the said
house about the length of 35 ft., and then turning Eastward runs
in a direct line at the back of the houses in Cleveland Row, and
extends to a point on the Eastern side of the front court yard,
belonging to Marlborough House, and which point is 74 ft. Southward
of the line of houses in Pall Mall, then turning Southward at
right angles, 29 ft., then Eastward the length of 158 ft., then again
turning Southward for the length of 31 ft., and then turning
Eastward runs in a direct line on the North side of the ancient
Park Wall, inclosing the gardens and offices of Marlborough
House, and from thence in the same direction at a distance of
39 ft. 10 in. Southward from the Southern face of the area wall to
the Carlton Club House, 40 feet from the Travellers' Club House,
36 ft. 5 in. from the South front (basement line) of the Athenseum
Club House, 39 ft. 6 in. from the upper part of the United Service
Club House at the south-west quoin, and 39 ft. from the South front
of the same (plinth line) at a point 62 ft. 3 in. Westward from the
wall dividing off Carlton Mews, at which point it turns at right
angles Southward for a distance of 15 ft., then again turns
Eastward, and runs through Carlton Mews, and the stabling at the
East end of the same at a point 17 ft. 10 in. from the North-west
quoin (upper part) on the West front into Red Lion Stable Yai'd,
and continues in the same direction Eastward, at the back of the
houses on the South side of Lower Warwick Street, so as to include
all the said houses, then turns Northward at the South-east quoin
of No. 1, to the North-east quoin, then turns in a West Northwesterly
