Swallow Passage; then turns Southward and runs through the said
house, 9 ft. 7 in. eastward from the north-west brick-quoin of the
said dwelling-house, and continues Southward in the same direction
through No. 7, Swallow Place, 6 ft. 8 in. eastward of the East side of
the Passage on the South front of the said house, to the centre of
Swallow Place; then turns in a South-eastern direction to the
West front of the "Princess Charlotte" Public House, 19 feet
Northward from the South-west quoin, and runs through the same
to a point on the South front, 4 ft. 8 in. Eastward from the said
quoin, and continues in the same diagonal direction across Princes
Street to the front of No. 22, 32 ft. 10 in. Westward from line of
house in Regent Street, and further in tho same line to the
Northern wall of Hanover Chapel, to a point 22 ft. 7 in. Westward
from the face of the Pilaster of the said Chapel, then extends
Eastward, Southward, and Westward, on the line of the Chapel
Walls and Portico so as to exclude the said Chapel and Portico
from the Parish of St. James, to a point on tho Southern wall of
the said Chapel, 6 ft. 1 in. Westward from the Pilaster on the
Eastern front of the same; then turns in a Southern direction,
running 4 ft. 6 in. Eastward of the front of house, No. 229,
Regent Street, at the North-east corner of Hanover Street and
2 ft. 1½ in. of front of house, No. 227, at tho South-east corner,
and then to a point 7G ft. 6 in. Northward of Conduit Street, and
7 ft. 4 in. Eastward of the brick or compo front on the ground
storey of No. 211, Regent Street; then turns Eastward 2 ft.; then
turns Southward again, running 4 ft. 8 in. Eastward of the houses
(upper part), No. 203, Regent Street, at tho North-east corner of
Conduit Street and 4 ft. 3 in. Eastward of No. 201, at the Southeast
corner, on to a point opposite No. 105, and 6 ft. 8 in. Eastward
(measured on line) of the said house; then runs in a West Southwesterly
direction through the said house, at a distance of 2 ft. 1 in.
from the centre of the North party-wall on the Eastern front,
and G ft. 2 in. from tho centre of the South party-wall on the back
or western front of the mailt part of the said house, and continued
in the same diagonal direction, on the line of the party wall
