A Statement of Debt and Liability owing by the Vestry, on the
25th day of March, 1882,
A sum of £6,857 2s. 10d. borrowed of the Trustees of the
London Life Association, on Mortgage of the Sewers,
Metropolitan Consolidated, and General Rates, at 5 per
cent., per annum, with a proviso that if the Interest,
payable on the principal, be paid half yearly, as expressed
by deed—that is to say, on the 7 th day of April
and the 7th day of October, or within thirty days
thereafter, then the said Interest to be charged at and
after at the rate of 4¼ per cent. per annum, and the
said principal to be repaid by seven equal Annual
Instalments of £1,142 17s. 2d., the first Instalment
becoming payable on the 7th day of October, 1881, and
the like sum to be paid in each successive year, until
the entire principal shall have been discharged
