Reverend Sir and Gentlemen,
This Report accompanying an abbreviated
list of the Works executed by the Vestry of St.
James's, Westminster, from the 25th March,
1877, to the 25th March, 1878, does not embody
any very special works, the duties of all having been
limited to maintain those that do exist, or to
counteract the effects of either necessary, or accidental
alterations, or disturbances.
Of the latter, there havo been many as will
