To the Chairman and Members of the Vestry
of St. James's, Westminster.
Vestry Hall, Piccadilly,
March 25th, 1874.
Reverend Sir, My Lord, and Gentlemen,
In making a short Report accompanied by a
General Summary of the principal matters that
*
have been executed by the Vestry during the last
twelve months but little explanation is needed,
as all the matters have from time to time been so
minutely explained to, and examined by, the Works
Committee, and through them brought before the
Vestry, that the recollection of them, or those
events that are worth remembering, will be fresh in
the minds of most of its members.
