This being the Tenth Annual Report I have
had the pleasure of submitting, I beg in conclusion
personally to thank the Vestry for the confidence,
they have reposed in me by my annual re-election
to the important Office I have the honor to hold,
and which confidence it is my earnest wish to
continue to deserve.
