TO THE VESTRY

The Parish of St. James's Westminster.
Reverend Sir, My Lords, and Gentlemen,
I have now to lay before you my Ninth Annual
Report. It will embrace as heretofore an examination
of the causes of death of the past year, and a
survey of the work done under my superintendence,
and of the various Reports I have laid before the
Vestry during the year 1864.
