*There is a Sum of £.1504 14s. 2d. remaining due to the Trustees of the County Fire
Deed of Assignment, executed by the late Board of Commissioners, for Paving and Improving
a Loan of £.3,300 made then by the said Trustees to the said Commissioners, for the purposes
and Interest, is a charge upon, and has to be specially raised from, the Occupiers of the
St. George, Hanover Square.—Vide Sections 14 & 19 of the said Act,—"The Crown Estate
Office, with Interest thereon at four per cent., from the 14th January, 1856, in respect of a
this Parish, on the 14th July, 1852, of the Rates under their jurisdiction, in consideration of
of the Act 14 & 15 Vict. cap. 96,—vide Sections 18, 19, & 21. This sum of £.1,504 14s. 2d.
Houses, &c. in Regent Street, situate as well within this Parish as within the Parish of
Paving Act, 1851."
