[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for St James's, Westminster]

Officer of Health, by whom the powers they possess will be
put in force; and the Vestry hereby request all persons
complaining of nuisances, or cognisant of an infraction of
the above Sanitary Laws, to make known the same to their
Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Edwin Lankester; or to
the Sanitary Inspector, Mr. James Morgan, at the Vestry
Offices, 14, Marshall Street, Golden Square, where a Book
is kept for entering complaints of nuisances, &c.
