The Wheelwrights have, during the year, constructed four new
vans, and one that was in hand during the previous year has been
completed. Two new watch-boxes have been built, and one hand
truck completed.
HORSES.
Your horses have been kept in good condition; there has
been no serious illness, and the loss of work by the horses has
been very small. 1 am also pleased to report that four of your drivers
who paraded with their horses at Regent's Park, each received a first
prize at the London Cart-horse Parade on Whit Monday. Four
horses were purchased during the year, particulars of which are given
in the Horse Return.
