ANNUAL REPORT
MADE TO THE VESTRY
by the
MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH.
FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31st, 1891.
Chairman and Gentlemen,
I now have to present you the Annual Report for the year ending December
3 1891.
During the year 1060 Males and 1082 Females have been registered
???ving a total of 2142—being an increase of 237 over that of last year.
The Deaths were 1343—650 Males and 693 Females. The excess of deaths
???emales over Males was 43.
The excess of Births over Deaths was 799.
The Death Rate was 22.38.
14 Deaths occurred in Bethlehem Hospital, 162 in the Evelina Hospital,
St. George's Workhouse.
