For the Year ending March 25th, 1891.

I have the honour to submit my Twenty-First Annual Report

The Improved Wood Paving Company have repaved the carriage???
in Borough High Street with new 3 by 6 wood blocks as provided
???e Contract. Notwithstanding the very heavy traffic in this street
th??? blocks were worn at the sides only ½ an inch, but on the crown
2 inches.
I have again to report the very worn and unsatisfactory condition
???he carriageway paving in the London Road, and to respectfully
???the Vestry to consider the advisability of repaving the road under
a??? milar contract to that in force in the Borough High Street.
