I hereby certify that I have examined the foregoing Account, and find the same to be correct, and
that the sum of sixty thonsand Four Hundred and thirty-nine Pounds Two Shillings and eight
pence is available for the payment of Dividend on the Share Capital of the Company, amounting to
sum of One Million Twenty-six Thousand Throe Hundred and Eighty Pounds (£1150000).
