the foregoing Account, and find the same to be correct, and that the Sum of Forty Six Thousand and
thirty Three Pounds Three Shillings and Sixpence (£16033 3s 6d.) is available for the payment of
Dividend on the Share Capital of the Company, amounting to the Sum of One Million Two Hundred
and Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Five Pounds (£1226625.)
