Temporary Loan of £36,000, find the same correct, and that the suni of Thirty Two Thousand
Four Hundred and Forty Six Founds Fifteen Shillings and Seven Pence (£82,446 15s. 7d) is available
for Dividend on the Ordinary Stock and Share Capital of the Company, amounting to Eight Hundred
and Sixty Eight thousand Light Hundred Pounds (£868,800).
