Subject to the Sum of Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-eight Pounds, Eight
Shillings and Eleven Pence (£24,778. 8s. 11d.) now in suspense, being made a charge against the
accruing revenues of the Company during the next three years, I hereby certify that I have examined
the foregoing Accounts and find the same correct: and that the sum of (17444 1s. 1d) Seventeen
Thousand Four Hundred and Forty-four Pounds, One Shilling and One Penny, is available for Dividend
on the Ordinary Stock and Share Capital of the Company, amounting to (£863,300) Eight
Hundred and Sixty Three Thousand Three Hundred Pounds.
