accruing revenues of the Company during the next three and a half years, I hereby certify that I have
examined the foregoing Accounts and find the same correct: and that the sum of (9,633 15s. 4d )
Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty three Pounds, Fifteen Shillings and Four Pence, is available
for Dividend on the Ordinary Stock and Share Capital of the Company, amounting to (863,300) Eight
Hundred and Sixty Three Thousand Three Hundred Pounds.
