Subject to the sum of seven thirty-seven thousand five hundred
pounds (37,500). now in Suspense being made a charge against the accruing revenues of the
Company during the next four-and-a-half years,
hereby certify that I have examined the foregoing Accounts, and ??? the same correct:
and that the sum of (£23,657 16s. 2d.) Twenty- three Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty-Seven ??? Sixteen
Shillings, and Two- pence, is available for Dividend on the Ordinary Stock and share Capital of the
Company, amounting, to (£863,300) Eight Hundred and Sixty- Three Thousand Three Hundred ???
