Note.— In the year 1884-5 the Commissioners transferred to the Loans Account out of profits, the sum of £500, in 1886-7 the sum of £463 14s. l1d., in 1887-8 £504 4s. 1d., in 1888-9 £168 1s. 6d., in 1889-90 £431 18s. 8d., in 1891-2 £55 10s. 6d., making together £2,123 9s. 8d., which has been applied towards repayment of the moneys borrowed from the Metropolitan Board of Works and the interest thereon, and in aid of the Poor Rate.

I hereby certify that I have compared the entries in the above Statement with the Vouchers and other
Documents relating thereto, and that the Regulations with respect to such Statement have been duly
complied with. I hereby further certify that I have ascertained, by Audit, the correctness of such
Statement, and that the amount expended by the Commissioners during the year ended the 25th day of
March, 1892, included in such statement, and allowed by me at the Audit, is seven hundred and seventeen
pounds eleven shillings and six pence.

Miscellaneous.
On the 6th October, 1891, Notice of Motion was given by Mr. Stuart, as follows, viz.:—
"I hereby give Notice that I shall, at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Board, call
attention to the alterations that have taken place since the Bye-laws were framed, and
that a Committee be formed to go through them and revise them accordingly."
